Somebody clicks your link in October and books in February, that's still yours. Nobody impulse-buys a barn.

We don't pay you a flat fee, so we don't tell you how often to post. Post when it's real. Your link stays live as long as you've shared us in the last 30 days.

When do you get paid?
Paid on the 1st of every month for every deal that cleared the 48-hour refund window the month before. A deal that clears in October pays November 1.

Do I need to be a customer?+
No. You need an audience that owns land or wants to.
What if I don't post for a while?+
Your link goes dormant after 30 days without a post. Post again and it's back.
Who can join?+
Creators in the US with an audience in rural, farm, ranch, home, DIY or blue-collar content. Most of ours are between 5K and 100K followers.
Do I have to disclose?+
Yes. Every post uses #ad or a clear partnership note. That's the law and it's how we work.
Can I quote prices?+
Send people to the link for a quote. Don't post specific building prices, they change by size and location and we'd rather they get the real number.
